Sports Clearance Process
Registering students for Capital High School sports is now easier than ever. The Olympia School District has partnered with FinalForms, a secure online registration platform that is a user-friendly way to register students for middle and high school sports.
Information Needed to Register
It is helpful to have doctor information, health insurance information and student ID handy to allow for accurate completion of the online registration.
When a family registers through FinalForms the system keeps track of the information in a FinalForms profile. This allows information to be entered one time for multiple seasons, multiple family members and multiple programs.
Athletic clearance forms in Spanish will continue to be available to download on the Olympia School District website.
