To learn about lifetime health and fitness practices that influence our daily life. To make better decisions regarding our health and be able to reach your fullest potential. The emphasis of this class is for you to begin assuming responsibility for your own health and well being through fitness.

Fitness Day
Fitness days are on Wednesdays and Fridays - or when scheduled by your fitness teacher
