When will my schedule be ready for next year?

Schedules can be viewed through Family Access starting Late August.  Students should print this out prior to school starting.  If a student is unable to print their schedule, they may print one in the library or get a copy from the counseling center on the first day of school.

What if I need to change something on my schedule?

Since we base our staffing and number of class sections on requests from the spring, the following are the only reasons we are able to make a change to a schedule:

  1. You have failed a class the previous semester and it is not reflected on your schedule.
  2. You have taken a class in the summer and need to now remove it from your schedule.
  3. You are a Senior who needs a course to meet graduation requirements.
  4. There is a current health issue that requires a change in schedule.
  5. Inappropriate class placement (i.e: placed in inappropriate level of language or math)
  6. There is a duplicate class on your schedule.

If you meet the above criteria and need to request a schedule change, there is no need to make an appointment -  just complete the Class Schedule Change Form and return the COMPLETED form to the Counseling Center within the first 10 days of each semester. The counselors will review the form, make a decision and get back to the student as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of requests at this time, please continue to check Skyward.

Schedule changes made after the first 10 days of semester 1 begins and 5 days after semester 2 begins could result in a Failing grade on the transcript.
