- Did you know you can access your voicemail from anywhere?
- Just dial 596-3333
- Press star key (*) after the system answers
- Enter your 4-digit extension and your password

- Press 4 for Personal Options
- Press 3 for Greetings
- Press 1 for Personal Greeting
- Press 2 for Personal Greeting

- Press 3 for Greetings
- Press 3 to Change Recorded Name
- At the tone, say your Name, then press pound (#)
- Press pound (#) to accept

- Press 2
- Record your message
- Press # key when finished recording
- Enter destination Voicemail number
- Press # to send.
- Commands While Listening To Messages
- Log on to Voicemail (Press "Voicemail" button or dial 3333)
- Press 1 to listen to unheard messages
- Press 4 to replay the message
- Press 6 to send a copy to another user
- Press 7 to erase the message
- Press 8 to reply internally to the message
- Press 88 to call the sender
- Press 9 to save the message
- When you have finished, press the star (*) key until the system says, "goodbye".
Note: Outside the area, add (360).
