Teacher Bio:

Liz Shine grew up in Aberdeen and graduated from Saint Martin's University in Lacey in 1999. Her love for writing and literature extend way beyond the classroom. She's maintained a regular practice of writing fiction and poetry for twenty years. It was this passion that led her to the English classroom. After all, what good is a writer that doesn't read?

You may see her walking or running around town with her running partner, Ajax. He's a black lab/australian shepherd mix. :) She teaches hatha yoga in the community, loves being a parent to her one fabulous son, and values individuality.
