Grade level:  9, 10, 11, 12
Recommended to take in correlation with Street Law (Fall)

An engaging class, Law and Justice uses interactive methods to give students a practical understanding of law and our legal system. Law and Justice focuses on legal issues relevant to students’ lives and develops knowledge and skills essential tin our law-oriented society. The highlights to this class are the visits and interaction of people involved in the legal system. There will also be visitations to the Thurston County courts. We will perform a mock trial at the end of the semester. It is a fun, and interactive way to learn how law is applied in today’s society.
