Michelle Anderson

I graduated from Western Washington University with a double major in French and East Asian Studies with a minor in Japanese. I taught at Tumwater High School for ten years while working on my M.B.A in International Marketing. While considering the business field, I decided working with teenagers was my passion and pursued my administrative credentials from Seattle Pacific University. I was fortunate enough to land my current position at Capital High School in 2001 and have enjoyed every day since.

My goal is helping students find their passion and supporting them to walk across the graduation stage and move into their next chapter in life. I also cherish the opportunities to work with staff to experiment with new ideas in support of student learning. Student leadership is one of my focal points and I enjoy working on the state level to this end.

Give me a call if you'd like to become more involved in support of CHS.
