ASVAB Career Exploration Program

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program
The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is a comprehensive career exploration and
planning program that includes a multiple aptitude test battery, an interest
inventory, and various career planning tools designed to help students explore the
world of work.

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is intended for use with students in the 10th,
11th, and 12th grades, as well as students in post-secondary schools. The ASVAB is
not administered at Capital High School but arrangements can be made to take the test at the
following schools:

North Thurston High School: October 24, 2006 @ 8:00a in the auditorium. Contact

River Ridge High School: November 21, 2006 @ 7:55a. Contact Chris Mackey @

Timberline High School: November 7, 2006 and April 3, 2007 at 8:00a. Contact
Ms. Poch at (360) 412-4867.

Black Hills High School: December 14, 2006 @ 8:00a in the Career Center. Contact
Mr. Tom Beattie @ (360) 709-7823

You must notify the contact person at the test school to sign up, identify yourself
as a Capital HS student prior to
the testing and get a note from your counselor to
attend the test.
