Culminating Project
WHAT IS THE CULMINATING PROJECT?
The culminating project is a Washington State requirement that went into effect as a graduation requirement with the class of 2008. It is designed to give students a chance to demonstrate they have the skills necessary to succeed after high school graduation by creating and completing a self-directed project of their choice.
Capital High School has folded it into the Navigation Advisory curriculum. It is important that students attend advisory on a regular basis and complete the lesson plans each time. If you are NOT on campus during advisory time, due to enrollment in the Running Start program or New Market Vocational Skill Center, please make sure you check into the Career Center after each advisory period to pick-up the information.
