Senior Exit Interview Information

  • If you are at 93% by January 31st you will be able to pick an interviewer from our list of interviewers.
  • Full Time Running Start Seniors will interview the last week in March.
  • All other Seniors will interview April 18th - 20th.
  • Check your student email often for more information.
  • During the interview you will be asked 3 essential questions...
             WHO AM I?     WHAT THEN CAN I BECOME?         HOW DO I BECOME THAT?
    You must know how to answer each of these. Look at the rubric for guidelines on how to answer these questions. 
  • Check-in at the Career Center at least 10 minutes before your scheduled interview.

How to prepare for your Exit Interview

  • Read & review your plan. Make note cards for yourself.
  • Arrive in the Career Center early (10 minutes early is suggested)
  • Bring 2 copies of your resume - it must be error free!
  • Bring 2 copies of your cover letter - it must be error free!
            or
    Bring 2 copies of your letter of request (this is the letter you write requesting a recommendation)

 

What to wear to your Exit Interview

  • Dress to impress! Professional dress is recommend, no jeans. If you have questions about your attire please ask Mrs. Beers.

Once you have completed the assignment (the resume and/or cover letter), you will need to save a copy to your computer in a .doc or .pdf format,
then upload the file to the Assignment/Activity section in My Plan.
