There is no school on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day.

Lunch for today is pizza boy with organic salad. The soup of the day is bean soup.

Important news from the cafeteria..........

Beginning now through the end of the school year, running a negative cafeteria meal account will not be allowed. You must have funds in your account or pay with cash to make cafeteria purchases. All negative meal balances must be paid in full by June 7th.

Seniors: Any money left in your account may be refunded.
Please check in with a cafeteria lunch cashier to check your balance or get your senior refund request form.

Students

Attention Students: If you have registered for Running Start classes next year, please bring your SPSCC class schedule to the counseling office. The deadline is Friday, May 31.

The book swap is in full swing in the library and will continue through this Friday. Bring that teen audience book you've already read and swap it for something new!

There will be a meeting for any girl interested in running Cross Country next fall on Wednesday May 29th, at 6:30 pm. Parents and students please meet in room F-1 just off of the commons. If you have any questions please contact coach Wright.

The LAST Scholarship List for 2013 is now available. Many scholarships come up over the summer, so stay on track by creating an account with THE WASH BOARD dot ORG (www.thewashboard.org)

Parent Section

Class of 2016 Parents: It is not too soon to begin thinking about and planning class fundraising activities for Grad Night 2016! To help coordinate this.....please send your name, and email address to Melissa at melissacmorrill@comcast.net. Feel free to include any ideas or questions. Thank you!

Effective February 1, 2013 the Department of Licensing will no longer administer the Knowledge or Drive Tests that are required to acquire a first time driver’s license. These services will now be provided by private training schools, regulated by the DOL and ESD 113. This includes the Traffic Safety program offered at Capital High School. The next testing opportunities will be on June 28 at 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm in room D-12. Pay $35 at the ASB office and bring the receipt to Mrs. Beard in the front office along with your permit.
